Yes, if your friend lists you in the referral section of their application when they apply, you may be eligible to receive a resident referral credit for rent. Contact the leasing office for complete details and eligibility requirements.
Guests staying longer than 7 consecutive days must go through application process to be added to lease. Guests must be with resident at all times in common areas. Guests must follow community policies and leaseholder will be responsible for guest's violations.

$25 pet rent per pet - max 2 pets per apartment. $450 nonrefundable one-time pet fee for 1 pet, $700 for 2.

From Highway 6 in Oxford: Take the Old Taylor Road exit. Turn onto Old Taylor Road and continue straight. Faulkner Flats Apartment Homes will be on your right. From Jackson Avenue in Oxford: You have two options to reach Old Taylor Road. You can go east or west on Jackson Avenue to Highway 6, then take the Old Taylor Road exit. Or you can go south on Gertrude Ford Drive until it meets Old Taylor Road. Turn onto Old Taylor Road and continue straight. Faulkner Flats Apartment Homes will be on your right. From the Square in Oxford: You have three options. You can go east on Jackson Avenue to Highway 6 and take the Old Taylor Road exit. You can go south on Gertrude Ford Drive to Old Taylor Road. Or you can go south on South Lamar Boulevard, then turn left onto Old Taylor Road. Continue straight and Faulkner Flats Apartment Homes will be on your right.

Professional cleaning, professional painting, professional carpet cleaning if carpets haven't been replaced, any maintenance work completed before move in, including preventative maintenance
Submit a service request through resident portal, call or email office, emergency service requests should be called in after office hours by selecting the emergency service request prompt for 24/7 emergency service.
Routine requests completed within 24 business hours, emergency requests are immediate 24/7.
Lock out assistance by office during office hours. After hours, call and follow prompts to request Courtesy officer. Lockout fee is $50 after hours at the time of service.
Decorations are permitted within reason and within lease terms.
